Oneness
In Youn Wha Ryu, Onenss is defined as having a deep connection
between one's mind, body, Spirit, and family. The first three refer to
having complete
harmony within oneself. The latter describes having
peace with others and being connected with fellow practitioners of the
system.
This concept is expressed by the Youn Wha Ryu phrase "One Mind,
One Body, One Spirit, One Family", and is represented by the
Han Symbol:
