than one week's notice, it could be denied, at the discretion of the course coordinator.

MIDTERM EXAMINATION                  Thursday, March 9, 2006                       6:00-7:30 p.m.

FINAL EXAMINATION                        Wednesday, May 10, 2006                      10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

ALSO NOTE:
We do not provide solutions to the review problems below. Part of preparing for an examination
is knowing what to do and how to judge your answer. Most of the exam problems
are exactly like problems in the textbook (in some cases they ARE from the textbook),
so it will be instructive for you to identify what kind of problem it is, and to review
that material if necessary before completing the problem. What should the form
of your answer be? Is your answer plausible in light of the given information?
Thinking about those issues will help you be ready for ANY problem!
