Professional

I'm very enthusiastic about my affiliation with Project NExT, through the Mathematical Association of America , and I am also involved in the Oklahoma/Arkansas Section of the MAA with Section NExT.

Find out more about Teaching Portfolios.

Find out how to give a good Short Talk (thanks to Professor Charles Van Loan at Cornell).

Locally, I participate in the departmental Geometry/Topology Seminar, and am co-advisor for AWSM,

our association for Arkansas Women in Statistics and Mathematics (open to all students, faculty and staff),

and a big supporter of Pi Mu Epsilon, our undergraduate mathematics society (grad students welcome).

Here are some other math-related sites you might want to look at (feel free to make suggestions):

Unprofessional: In Your 'Free Time'

Laugh it up at the Dilbert Zone, or Humor Me Online

You might be amused by Math in the Movies, but I can't believe they left out Bonnie Bedelia's character in "Presumed Innocent".

Catch up on current events at The Onion .

I come from a large family. If that doesn't scare you, think about it some more.
Then you can check out websites for some of my brothers and sisters
(links to be added later).
