Wanted: Homes for the Animals

Due to some unexpected circumstances, I'm having to find homes for our beloved creatures. If you're interested, please drop me an email at plaborn@uark.edu.

All of them are older, potty-trained, litterbox trained - no health problems.

Wanted: A home for Agatha

Agatha

Agatha was abandoned with her brother in some rental property a friend of mine owned in 1994. She is approximately 13-15 years old, has her claws. She is really affectionate and very verbal, but has a tendency to want to rule the roost - she bosses around the other cats. Poor Caesar (see below) seems to be the recipient of most of her aggression. She's wonderful, though, and really loves to cuddle up on beds and in laps.

Wanted: A home for Caesar

Caesar

Caesar was originally my father's cat. Caesar is 100% Persian, a love - and, even though he's somewhat retarded, he's hillarious and has added hours of laughter to my life. One of his favorite things to do is to go to sleep with his nose pressed against nightlights in the hallway. He's not a lap cat, and can barely tolerate being hugged and kissed, but I do it anyway. He's approximately 10-11 years old and in good health...with the exception of a couple of mats in his tail...

Wanted: A home for Re-Pete

Re-Pete

Re-Pete is an outdoor cat. He really belonged to my husband's father, but when Wayne died of cancer, Re-Pete started attacking Kevin's mom every time she walked out the door (and frankly, I would have, too, but that's another web page). Re-Pete runs in and sleeps for a while, but then will go back outside. He's a bit 'gimped up' now, after having a run-in with something that dislocated and tore open his right shoulder, but he's still a good cat. Re-Pete would do good in a barn on a farm. He's about 10 years old now, and loves sleeping in the sunshine. He no longer wanders away from home, especially after what happened to his shoulder. Feed him a can of Jack Mackrel, and he's there for keeps.
