Me, Pavel at Pensic 11.I had just won 27 fights in a pick up and Master Craig asked me to pose for a photo. It had been raining, lightly, all day. As I hit my pose the rain stopped and a shaft a pale sun light lit me for the photo. Then the light went away and it rained some more. That photo used up my one shining moment as a SCA fighter. Damn!
This was also the war where I saw Duke John the Bear Killer almost win a bridge, alone with a spear.
Was my first large war.
