Announcing the 2001 National Spinach Conference -- a program for growers, Extension personnel, plant breeders, researchers, seed company and technical development representatives, shippers, processors and all others interested in spinach production. The conference is jointly hosted by the University of Arkansas and Texas A&M University and will be held in Fayetteville, AR, on November 14 & 15, 2001.
