In a world filled with chaos and madness, it is often hard for one to sit back and appreciate all that God has done. In corporate America sprirtuality is not the top prioroty on the "to be" list. People are expected to be aggressive, to be ruthless, to be ambitious, to be confident, to be assertive, to be sucessfull, to be all they can be. It would seem out of place if the phrase to be as spritually inclined as you can be entered the list. In a country founded in "God we trust", it seems as if the "God we trust" part has been tossed out the back door with the dirty bath water. In offices and organizations around the world, the major concern is to get things done as soon as possible (A.S.A.P). Has anybody ever stoped to think that maybe A.S.A.P could mean always top and pray?
There are times when life gets too tough to handle. Situations arise that one can not control.Instead of giving up and giving in, one must use the bible for its intended purpose. In life everyone must go through the storm. To be secure, one must prepare for the storm during the sunny season. This does not mean that the storm will not come, but it means that it will go. The torent will not engulf or destroy, but a lesson shall be learned. To reach a point of grace one needs to tell themself everyday "Iam what God says Iam, Iam more than a conquerer through him that loves me!" We must be prepared for trials and tribulations, but know that God is on our side.
Lean not to your own understanding, always trust in the Lord. Ye shall mount with wings as eagles that fly, and he shall strengthen thine heart. Wait I say, oh wait on the Lord. Trust and never doubt, he will always bring you out, and he shall strengthen thine heart!
