The conference is held in the University of Arkansas campus, in Fayetteville, AR.
 
The nearest airport is XNA (Northwest Arkansas Regional), approximately a 40 minute drive from the University of Arkansas campus.
 
Ground transportation from the airport to the hotel can be arranged through various shuttle
and taxi services available at  http://www.nwara.com/travel/buses.asp  If you are applying
for financial support and have provided the organizers with your travel schedule then we can reserve ground transportation for you.
 
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Cosmopolitan hotel. At walking distance from campus (about 15 min.). The hotel is located on the historical Main Square of Fayetteville.  If you have applied for financial support DO NOT MAKE THE HOTEL RESERVATION YOURSELF. Rather you will need to contact one of the organizer and provide your travel schedule.
