Combustion, propulsion, and reacting flow research is conducted at the University of Arkansas Combustion Research Lab of the Mechanical Engineering Department, under the directorship of Dr. Larry Roe. Research interests include gas turbine and ramjet combustion processes, micropropulsion, electrical aspects of combustion, biomass and other alternative fuels, and gas generation for inflatable structures.
