Research Interests: behavioral ecology, cognitive ethology, evolutionary ecology, mate choice and sexual selection.
Current Research: behavioral similarities/differences between lab-reared and natural populations in Drosophila robusta with the purpose of understanding the evolution, function and causation of courtship behaviors, primarily courtship song.
