Research Experiences
for Undergraduates in
Nanomaterials and Nanomechanics
Program Information
May 18 - July 25, 2008
This REU program is open to undergraduates who are interested exploring the exciting area of nanomaterials and nanomechanics. The program provides a unique opportunity for undergraduates to participate in a research and professional development program. Students will work on a research project and interact with faculty mentors and graduate student mentors throughout the summer. Students will be housed in a dorm and participate in some common workshops and group social events with students in other University of Arkansas REU programs. This program is hosted by the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
