The red represents the blood of the people who paid their blood for the independance, the white for peace and the cedar tree the representative of Lebanon that was known since the Phonecians for its exportation of wood and sending the alphabets to the world.

Lebanon is known for its North to South shore on the Meditarranean Sea. So, we have beaches throughout North to South.
We have four seasons : autumn, winter, spring and summer. We have tournaments for skiing in the
mountains of Faraya and Laklouk so we attract tourists all seasons long.
We have a lot of holidays as: The Independence Day, Mothers' Day, Child Day, Fitr, Adha (the pilgrimage celebration of Muslims), All Saints' Day, and a day for each Saint, Christmas, Easter, etc.
I think what attracts tourists to Lebanon is its steady weather and temperature and the numerable facets they can explore throughout the contry.

My favorite holiday is the Fitr holiday because after a month of fasting people celebrate breaking their fast joyfully.

My favorite food is Italian Spaghetti. I also love the Lebanese potato and chicken stew, Kibbeh, and Tabbouleh.
