Yukata The Yukata, which I am wearing, is Japanese traditional clothing of women for the summer festival. It is really light and easy to wear compared to a Kimono. A lot of girls wear yukata at the summer festival. Kimono Kimono is more formal compared to Yukata. It is worn in ceremonies, such a wedding, New Years, and the 20 th years old celebration. |

| In April, Ikeda town has cherry blossom spring festival. It is a tradition in Japan that people enjoy looking at cherry blossom with eating food or drinking under the cherry blossom trees. In this festival, there are many booths which serve foods, drinks, Japanese crafts, Japanese green tea, and so on. Music bands, camp fire, and fire work also take place at these events. My home town is famous for this event; so many people from other prefectures come to this event every April.
 In the summer, one can try a glider that they can fly from the top of the mountains. One can enjoy seeing the whole Ikeda town from the sky! After using the glider, one can enjoy the delicious taste of green tea. | |||
