Nabil Lehlou
Who am I?
My name is Nabil Lehlou, and I am from Morocco. I was born and raised in Oujda, a city in the eastern part of the country. I am a student majoring in computer science and minoring in math. I am the oldest brother in my family, and God blessed me with a lot of cousins!

My favorite holiday:
My favorite holiday is Aid El Fitr, which is the Muslim ceremony that comes right after the month of Ramadan. On Aid El Fitr, people usually wake up early, dress up in their traditional dress, and go to the mosque where they pray, meet others, and bless one another. On that day, no one works. People just spend their time visiting with family and friends, hanging out together, and enjoying delicious food.

My Hobbies:
My hobbies include riding motorcycles, drawing, playing with animals, watching movies, and sports, especially, swimming and break-dancing.

About Morocco:
Morocco is located in the extreme northwest corner of Africa. The capital of Morocco is Rabat, but Casa Blanca is the largest city and the most well known. The official religion is Islam. The official language is Arabic, the second language is French, but there are also lots of other dialects. Morocco borders Mauritania in the south, Algeria in the east, the Mediterranean Sea in the north, and the Atlantic Ocean in the west. Morocco’s economy is based more on agriculture and tourism than on industry.

The things I love about Morocco:
I love the beautiful architecture of Morocco’s mosques and castles, the country’s artistic traditional crafts, its delicious dishes (especially Couscous), and the picturesque nature of its various regions: the vast desert, the huge Atlas mountains, and the beautiful beaches.
