My favorite food is Dim Sum. Dim Sum can be translated as "touching your heart." It’s served at breakfast/lunch meal of small, individual prepared dishes that are usually ordered off carts that are pushed through the dining room. A cup of perfect hot tea is just a perfect match to complete a Dim Sum meal. Dim Sum comes with great varieties, pastry-type items, barbecued meat dishes, steamed buns and dumplings.
