The Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture

The Burke Museum is on the University of Washington campus at the corner of 17th Avenue NE and NE 45th Street.
From I-5, exit east onto NE 45th Street. Travel east on NE 45th Street to 17th Avenue NE. Turn right onto 17th. The museum will be immediately on your right.
From Highway 520, exit north onto Montlake Boulevard NE. Turn left onto NE Pacific Street. Turn right and head north on 15th Avenue NE. Turn right and head east on NE 45th St. Take your next right on 17th Avenue NE. The museum will be immediately on your right.

Tell the gatehouse traffic guide as you enter the UW campus that you are coming to the Burke Museum and they will direct you to the appropriate lot. The Cleveland-Lloyd Dinosaur Quarry National Natural Landmark is 26 miles southeast of Cleveland, in central Utah's Emery County. Follow the signs from Utah Route 10 south of Price, on SR 55, a gravel road; 20 right-hand curves and 18 left-hand curves later you pass through an open gate, over a cattle guard, one more left-hand curve and a brown building, the Visitor Center, is suddenly visible.

Butler Wash Ruins

Anasazi cliff dwellings - 1/2 mile hike to overlook - no admission fees, open year round - 14 miles southwest of Blanding, Utah on Highway 95. This is an easy stop on the way to Natural Bridges National Monument. Mule Canyon Ruins is 6 miles west.

Mule Canyon is accessed from highway 95. Look for the graded county road (SJ 263) on the north side of the highway, approximately 19 miles west of the intersection of routes 95 and 191. Go up the county road about 1/4 mile and park.Walk up the canyon to your left. Because of the orientation of this canyon, one finds slickrock walls mixed with ponderosa pines.

When traveling on Interstate 70, east or westbound, take Exit #226. Parking is free and is located just west of the Silver Plume Depot along the service road.

When traveling on Interstate 70, east or westbound, take Exit #228. Turn right at the Visitor’s Center and follow the signs to Loop Drive from Argentine Street or Sixth Street to the Devil’s Gate parking area. Parking is free and limited to passenger vehicles only.

Take the 1st/2nd Street exit, travel west on 2nd Street, at Mosley St. turn left (south).
At the corner of Mosley and First Streets the front of the museum can easily been seen across the street.
Cross First Street and find a parking spot!
