We
have always had pets, cats, dogs, rabbits, and tortoises. I have a small, framed photograph of an
earlier Blackie and me outside the house.
Of course they eventually died, and we buried them in a plot near the
awnings that we reserved for the purpose.
We even erected a cross over the site.
I am not sure how proper that was.
The
first three pictures were taken in the front room, the fourth was taken in the
kitchen.
