The Chancellor is the chief executive officer of the chapter. It is his/her duty to preside at all meetings of the chapter. |

| Censor |
The Censor presides over the chapter in the absence of the Chancellor. The Censor also criticizes and praises the actions of the chapter members and is often responsible for new member education. The Censor typically arranges the chapter programs. |

| Scribe |
The Scribe has the duty of keeping the minutes of all meetings, attending to all correspondence and submitting reports to the National Office. |
