What's InterLibrary
Loan (or ILL)? Where is it in Mullins Library?![]()
InterLibrary
Loan borrows and lends research materials such as books, journal articles,
and so on. This service is available for our students, faculty and affiliates.
Borrowing materials through InterLibrary Loan or ILL is free, for graduate students
and faculty who are advising or doing research with graduate students; the borrowing
fees are subsidized by the graduate school and the Libraries.
For undergraduates, some graduate students and most faculty, delivery of articles,
and in some cases, books, is free. On the other hand, if you evaluate your sources
and look carefully, the chances are good that there is appropriate material in
our libraries that you may use freely. Ask at the Reference Desk for help.
The InterLibrary Loan office is on Level 2 (Lobby level) in Mullins Library.
